How they describe themselves: Open Bank Project (OBP) is the leading open source API solution for banks. TESOBE (Technical Solutions Berlin) is the business behind the Open Bank Project. OBP’s technology and surrounding ecosystem of tools – together with our vibrant global fintech developer community (more than 8,000 developers) – helps banks securely and rapidly enhance their digital offerings using an ecosystem of 3rd party applications and services while complying with open banking regulation such as PSD2.
How they describe their product/innovation: In this demo, we focus on our Open Banking engine and demonstrate how banks can leverage APIs as a driver for their innovation capability, showcasing through concrete App examples and customer cases – from Europe and the U.S. – how banks can make the most out of their API investment.

Our team has spent the last 5 years serving the financial service ecosystem through the Open Bank Project and the hack/make the bank hackathon series. The team has over 15 employees, including senior executives with more than 50 years of banking experience and a combined 75 years of technical expertise.
