How they describe themselves: The Finn Virtual Banking Assistant is a personal banking and financial management assistant, powered by artificial intelligence.
Finn delivers a personal banker through your customer’s favourite channels, including Facebook Messenger, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, SMS, iOS and Android apps, and web chat. We believe that AI is the new UI. As your customers engage with the assistant over time, our proprietary system tracks user behaviour in order to better recommend actions that are aligned with your customers’ personal financial well being and goals. Ultimately, this engagement will position your brand as a trusted financial advisor.
How they describe their product/innovation: This live demonstration of our virtual banking assistant in Facebook Messenger and Google Assistant will show how simple and easy everyday banking can be for your customers. We will cut through the hyperbole around bots and AI and show real-world, in production examples of core activities including payments, budgeting, savings and more. We will show how our virtual assistant can be deployed in customer care, saving money and improving consumer outcomes. This will include a demonstration of a range of support queries our assistant is trained to answer out of the box with no human intervention as well as how it brings your human agents into the loop when it is unable to answer a query (and learns from these interactions).
