Pamela Rice has served as OnDeck’s SVP, Technology since March 2014. Prior to joining OnDeck, Ms. Rice was an early senior technologist at Bill Me Later, Inc. and led Credit Underwriting at PayPal. She holds a BA from the University of Hawaii, an MS in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins & an Executive MBA from Loyola.
