Fintech Fundings: 23 Companies Raise $530 Million Week Ending July 8

In a holiday-shortened week in the United States, 23 deals were announced that brought in a total of $527 million. Most ($449 million) went to Chinese payment and investment platform, Qufenqi. Blockstream Acquires Bitcoin Wallet Solution GreenAddress

Terms have not been disclosed, but today we learned that Blockstream has agreed to acquire bitcoin wallet software maker and FinDEVr alum, GreenAddress. Stratumn’s LenderBot is a Micro-Insurance Solution for the Sharing Economy
