How they describe themselves: HotDocs is a leader in document automation technology with thousands of clients and more than one million end users worldwide. Cited by Gartner as a “Cool Vendor” and “Best of Breed Technology” in the Enterprise Content Management space, HotDocs is used to transform frequently used documents into dynamic templates that maximise efficiency and accuracy in the production of business-critical documentation. In financial services, HotDocs is already in use by a number of large banks and insurance companies to automate a range of documents, including corporate and commercial lending documentation, customer onboarding, claims processing and policy documents. How they describe their product/innovation: Already an established technology, HotDocs continually evolves and enhances the core document assembly platform to provide increased benefits to clients. In addition to demonstrating the central document assembly engine, HotDocs will also be showcasing the HotDocs Hub – a new, modular toolbox aimed at simplifying the process of integrating HotDocs document assembly technology into wider business processes, such as BPM, CRM or document management systems. The HotDocs Hub operates on premise, in the cloud or as a hybrid and is run in conjunction with HotDocs Cloud Services or HotDocs Server as the document assembly engine.
