How they describe their product/innovation: The amount of the data in the world is exploding.  While the researchers have access to a wide variety of data, the discoveries from the length (thousands of sources) and breadth (unconventional sources including social media) of data sources is still unexplored.

Heckyl News and Sentiment Analytics product collects news and data from thousands of data sources (including social media) in real time. Using our proprietary algorithm, we perform deep-dive analytics on news and data to provide the financial researchers with an actionable and consumable output. The product is a scalable product with a global appeal.
