How they describe their product/innovation: Sindeo’s QuickStart provides consumers with a straightforward and streamlined experience for the home financing process. QuickStart is a self-driven rate quote and pre-qualification tool that allows users to check rates across Sindeo’s network of lenders and loan programs, complete a loan application, get free credit scores, go through automated underwriting, and generate a pre-qualification letter in less than 10 minutes. QuickStart integrates credit, underwriting, and document submission systems in a secure environment, while conforming to CFPB regulations.
