How they describe their product/innovation: Consumers want simple, natural ways to deal with their finances. The BankCoach is the first intelligent financial assistant that allows users to talk to their bank accounts in a natural and conversational way, and get personalized answers to questions such as: “Did I get paid yet?”, “How much did I spend on that trip to Chicago?”, “What are your best mortgage rates?”, and “I think I dropped lots of money on bars this week. How much was that?”. Answers are delivered in natural language along with visuals to strengthen knowledge and understanding. Most importantly, Clinc is not based on user commands or hardcoded Q&A. Users can ask whatever they want and Clinc understands.
