Yesterday Chicago-based payment platform, Braintree, announced it raised $35 million in capital.

Contributors to this Series B round include:

• New Enterprise Associates
• Accel Partners
• RRE Ventures
• Greycroft Partners

The $35 million matches the funds of the Series A round Braintree received in June of last year, bringing its venture funding total to $69 million.
