How they describe themselves: The Moxo OneStop Client Interaction Platform helps businesses streamline and manage their client interaction workflows. The platform powers use cases from account onboarding to ongoing account servicing by seamlessly blending modern interaction capabilities with automated workflows.

Moxo was founded in 2012 by the founders of WebEx, to redefine business interactions in the mobile world. Today, Moxo powers client-centric business services for over 500 companies around the world including some of the world’s largest banks such as Citi and BNP Paribas.

How they describe their product/innovation: Moxo Flows are the latest innovation in helping businesses streamline their client interactions.

Moxo Flows blend workflow automation with modern interaction capabilities (messaging, video meetings, ad-hoc file sharing, etc.) so that users never break the flow of business.

Business users can easily build templates for standard client processes by using the Moxo Flow builder. Flows can include business objects such as forms, file requests, approvals objects, tasks, and more. Flows can also include third party objects such as Docusign & Jumio (KYC).
