How they describe themselves: Dorsum is a multi-award winning, innovative investment software provider. How they describe their product/innovation: Our Finovate ‘Best of Show’ winning Botboarding platform enables the creation of customer onboarding chatbots that use predefined workflows and NLP for data gathering and user profiling. The enhanced solution even allows new customers to open accounts because the chatbots assist them downloading an app, on which customer identification can be done via a video call, ensuring security. All data collected in the app during chatting is forwarded to the bank’s CRM system. The whole process can be followed on a dashboard system where real time statistics and customization are available in a live infographic format.
