How they describe themselves: Union Credit is the first marketplace for credit unions to deliver always approved offers via a 1-click loan activation to new members embedded within their daily lives. We give credit unions the ability to make convenient, firm credit offers outside of their existing lines of business, thus increasing their loan volume and elevating their brand nationwide. Placing credit unions at the forefront of the purchasing experience gives consumers an unparalleled borrowing experience, as a few clicks is all it takes to access funds from a nationwide network.
How they describe their product/innovation: Union Credit aggregates consumer data, such as credit bureau soft-pulls, and matches it with credit union field of membership, product, decisioning and underwriting details. Once the match is made, consumers will see loan offers embedded within their shopping experience with various merchants at the point-of-sale. Union Credit has now extended the tech stack with the Always Approved Marketplace SDK that extends API services that can be leveraged by third parties to check member eligibility, rate lookup, instant offer generation, and much more.
