How they describe themselves: mmob is on a mission to deliver better digital experiences through embedded finance. mmob is built on a simple idea: that digital channels in the financial services sector can deliver great customer experiences. All too often, customers are faced with confusing user journeys based on poorly implemented web redirects, broken links and relentless duplication of effort. mmob’s solution allows businesses to deploy onward journeys rapidly with low-code requirements, eliminating friction within the user experience.
How they describe their product/innovation: mmob’s Intelligent Partnerships Infrastructure consists of three components. The Services Module enables third-party providers to build their journey with the no-code tool, ready for deployment through new channels. Partners select the services they want to offer in the Services Module, customise the user journey and embed new products with a single snippet within hours. The Analytics Module breaks down user behaviour and revenue for partners to innovate further and improve the user experience.
